What is the difference between SEO, GEO and AEO?
SEO (search engine optimisation) helps your pages rank in Google and Bing. GEO (generative engine optimisation) helps AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity understand your business and cite it when they write an answer. AEO (answer engine optimisation) shapes your content into clear, direct answers that can appear in featured snippets, Google AI Overviews and voice assistants. We build all three into the way your site is planned, written and coded.
Can I edit the website myself?
Yes. Every package is built so you can update text, images and opening hours without touching code, and we show you how at handover. On Business Pro you can also add news posts and projects as often as you like.
Are hosting and a domain name included?
The package price covers design and build as a one-off fee. Hosting and your domain name are separate running costs. We can set them up for you, or work with a provider you already use.
How long does a website take?
Starter can be live in as little as 1 week, Business in 2 weeks and Business Pro in 3 weeks. The clock starts once we have your content or brief, and quick feedback keeps things on track.
I already have a website. Will a redesign lose my Google rankings?
Not if it is done carefully. Business and Business Pro include redirects from your old pages to the new ones, so the rankings and links you have built up carry across.
Can you guarantee a top spot in Google or in ChatGPT?
No honest agency can promise a position, because search engines and AI tools decide their own results. What we do is give your site the structure, content and technical signals they look for, so you have the best possible chance of being found and cited.
What does the audit include, and is it worth doing first?
The audit checks your current site for technical SEO, on-page content and how AI assistants describe and cite you, then gives you a prioritised action plan and a 45-minute call. If you go on to book a website package within 30 days, the audit fee is credited in full.
